I get disconnected after 20 seconds

Hi everybody, I'm managing a server from a place where the only possible connection is through 3G/Mobile (I guess this is the problem) so my ip is constantly changing so often, my average time logged it's about 15 seconds, some times i can be logged for 30 secs sometimes for just 3 seconds after i get logout

so I ask you guys any kind of (temporal) solution (maybe edit the way plesk stores the session) because there is no way to manage a server
