Issue index.html not going to cache when i use ngsw

Hi,
I have : Plesk Obsidian 18.0.28 installed on a CentOS Linux 7.8.2003 (Core)‬.

i use service worker from angular to refresh page after any modife on application web,
it's working but i need index.html to go to cache, but it's not getting cache.

i searching in all file for cache control or no-cache but i didn't find anything

i try to hosting same application on firebase it's working perferct but in plesk i dont know the problem.

(i use angular 7 and nodejs 10 )

How can I solve this issue? or how to force index.html to getting cache?
