Instalation problem

I have problem with instalation on debian etch. If i login in the psa I see

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to restart web server: websrvmng failed: Empty error message from utility.

If you did a search on this you should come up with the results your after. I thought this was fixed in version 7.5
