Question Internal Server Error 500

Since this night some of the websites are not running and I got the 500 message.
Some other sites, which are only based on html are still running.

In the logs I have an apache problem, but I have no idea how to solve.
Server rebooted 2x, Apache restart several times, no changes.
Please help me.
