IP Address Hosting Without Domain Name

Hello,

I have a got a single ip address for hosting websites on my plesk 11 linux server. I already had got an application running under /var/www before i install plesk. This application was running by ip address of my server. Now i have got some domains running on this server but the problem is when i try to reach this web application i am getting plesk wellcome screen. How can i reach my web application under /var/www with my ip address and reach plesk domains with domain names?
