Is there a limit on imap connection per IP in 8.4?

When I was setting up my own mail server long time ago with qmail and courier imap, there is a line that limits how many imap connection can be establish per IP.

Ever since I upgraded to 8.4, it seems like my Outlook can only keep 3 out of 4 accounts connected. Has anyone seen something smiliar to this before?
