Issue Just made a huge mistake need help!

I just accidentally removed a bunch of stuff:

My sites all still load but obviouslly I cannot get back into my plesk.

I believe I have automatic backups but I'm not sure what to do :/

I would suggest you run Plesk installer again Installing Plesk for Linux Using Installer Console

Yes, and many settings will be restored from the Plesk database if it is not removed.
