LAPD how to implement?

I use eGroupware to take care of my family needs (email, calendar, portal, files...)

To change an user's password you need to synchronize eGroupware password with the user's email accoutn password.

eGroupware uses LAPD. Do you know how I can integrate LAPD without messing up Plesk?
