Last letter is cut

We use Ples 7.5.6.
Our Problem is, that the last letter in any field will cut off in the Forum application and the Guestbook application. For example, whe you register as "Miller" with the Password "Hollywood" you will get the Welcome-Mail with Username: "Mille" Password: "Hollywoo" any idea?
