• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

Issue Lets encrypt and Positive SSL conflict

Clericer

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian v18.0.35
Hey guys i run into a certificate issue and i can't solve it.
I bought 5 Positive SSL certificates inside of Plesk and enabled and assigned them.
I deleted all certificates except the 5 new once.

1.
But on one domain the default hostname Domain, the certificate is completely not assigned, its sending always the old expired Let's encrypt certificate.

2.
On one subdomain, Plesk is using randomly certificates the old (non existing Let's encrypt certificate) and the Positive SSL, therefore i get sometimes certificate warnings on my website and sometimes not.
System reboot and certificate reassignment not helping.

I use apache2 without Nginx no proxy is used.

Has anybody any idea where to begin to investigate?

Here is the Certificate for the Domain
