locked out

i have been getting dos attacks makin server load busy so set firewall and now cant get on plesk whatso ever
think ive locked everything up
i can get onto ssh via rescue mode but dont know how to disable the firewall from ssh any help would be greatfull

In rescue mode you need to mount the HDD and edit in /etc/init/d the ssh or firewall to not load on next start. Then after you load the main OS you need to fix the firewall.
