New Pleskian
Upgraded from 17.8.x to 18.0.x yesterday - went smoothly. However, now Postfix (3.4.8) receiving mail from the gmail domain started failing to complete delivery with the message:
Feb 19 09:56:46 new postfix/smtpd[28461]: lost connection after BDAT (13266 bytes) from local.server.name[W.X.Y.Z]
(where local.server... is my server.)
Disabling chunking as described here: Postfix BDAT (CHUNKING) support fixes the issue, but this was introduced into Postfix sometime ago (much longer than since 17.8.x arrived) so i'm not sure why it is broken now.
It also doesn't perfectly solve it, as despite the instructions saying that 'silent' will silence logging, it doesn't, and so my logs are filling with double notifications like:
Feb 19 10:15:16 new postfix/smtpd[30129]: discarding EHLO keywords: CHUNKING
Feb 19 10:15:16 new postfix/smtpd[30129]: discarding EHLO keywords: CHUNKING
Any one else experiencing this?
