What hosting do you use? Does it block connections to 25/tcp port? Does it provide a cloud firewall feature? Likely, the provider or the firewall blocks connections to the 25/tcp port. I would recommend referring to the service provider documentation or opening a support ticket in their support system.

We are hosting the service, and we have verified that port 25 is not blocked as it is a common port for SMTP. Port 25 is open by default, and an allow rule for the firewall on port 25 is already in place.

We tested the connection using telnet, and while it successfully connects, the connection is immediately closed.

Command used: telnet mta6.am0.yahoodns.net 25

Result:

I see different hosts, and different IP addresses. If everything is ok with mta6 and wrong with mta5, then probably some issues are/were with mta5.
