mail to root is not being forwarded to admin email

Hi all,

afaik , normally all messages to root should be forwarded to the email address defined in the admin profile of PLESK.

but no... none of the messages sent to root are forwarded to the admin email.

is this a qmail issue or what?

any ideas will be great
