Yet dr web does not function, and the game server side is yelling about licesning. My admin has become stumped and well I am left to hash this out.

We are on a Fedora Core 5 envirormnet and in need of help ;-) Let me know waht other info is needed. I am a senior MS guy but midlevel Linux.

Thanks in advance,

Well it took about a week, then majically swsoft sent the correct lic. Then all was pretty good till we installed our first game server threw their gui script. Now all email is broken. We have several active domains all with active emails that worked prior.... Now every email that hits the box is bouncing. I am not feeling very confident with swsoft/plesk. I thought ensim was horrible, but at least their system worked ok in the begining. Plesk seems to not work in the begining.......... or after people run upgrages..... Hope to actually get help, but over a week passes and no response from swsoft support. Is this usual? Do they often fail to respond to URGENT issues? If I pay $549 will I really bennefit from the added support?
