  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Migrating from Confixx

Hello,

I would like to know, wether it is possible to Migrate a Confixx system onto a Plesk server, that is already running several Domains, without deleting the Client/Domains/etc. on the Plesk server.

We wan't to import a future client's mailaccounts from a Confixx 3 server retaining the login information, so I thought about using the migration manager for this.

Yeah, Ive done it a few times using the Plesk Migration Manager. I didnt have to do anything special to get it over, just put in the login credentials and let it go.
