Migration from Windows to Linux

Could anybody please advise on the correct procedure to migrate from Windows Plesk to Linux Plesk ? There appears to be PMMs for all but this combination. I have two Webfusion VPS accounts - One Windows and the other Linux & am trying to migrate the Windows to the Linux system. I've tried downloading and installing the Windows migration agent and then pointing the Linux based PMM to it but the process appears to loop with the message "Retrieving information on the host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is in process". I'm unsure if this method is sound as I've not managed to find it documented in any manual.
