Moving account from SB to SB at other location?

How can we migrate a current client from one SiteBuilder to another Sitbuilder as we need to move our one client from our HostDime server to our current location of Eleven2?

We do not have root access as we are a reseller.

The best option is to either use Plesk backup/restore mechanism (do backup on server1, restore backup on server2), or create a website snapshot in Web Presence Builder on server1, upload snapshot to Web Presence Builder on server2 and load this snapshot. Note that snapshots do not save all website information due to a variety of reasons.

We had to get this done, so we took all the php files from the clients cPanel and completely re-built their webpages making all the pages that are especially proprietary to SiteBuilder and had to build them again from scratch!

What a lengthly process, and a real pain in the rear!!!

We do appreciate your suggestion and will certainly give it a try the next time..... WE HOPE NOT!
