Multiple Skeleton Files

I have only started using plesk for a couple of months so this may be possible and i just cant figure it out. I am using plesk to do private hosting but i need to install different products, like a content management system, a project management system, and maybe several other types of hosting in the future. I want to be able to install these things by choosing a skeleton template, or have a skeleton attached to the domain templates.
