I wan't to change the User Rights for MySQL Users.
How can I change the rights?

As example... I have installed PHPmyAdmin Script at one of my hosted Domains.
There are 2 MySQL Database Users...
First User can read, write and perform...
Second User not...

Please let meh know how I can change this with Plesk or at SSH...

Just login to 'mysql' database, 'users' table and correct user's permissions there.
