Need help deleting folder, yes a folder

Apparently someone got into a server through a phpBB or other php issue and installed psybnc. The problem is they installed it into a .. folder. So basically my file system looks like this:

drwxrwxrwt 3 root root 4096 Dec 14 09:34 .
drwxr-xr-x 12 root root 4096 Jul 12 2005 ..
drwx------ 11 apache apache 4096 Dec 21 00:45 ..

Now I'm having a hard time deleting the folder because of how its named. I'm hoping someone out there has run into a similar problem and share their wisdom.
