pctools just released a new firewall plus which it is windows server 2003 compatible. I am using it on my server and I can setup different policies to tighten my server with ipsec.

It will be nice to integrate it with plesk, but the policy integration might be a little bit complicated, but it works well, simple and easy, and painless installation,and it blocks alot of intrusion automatically.
