New IPS and assigment for Default domain don't work

I ordered and received 2 new IPs for my Dedi Server to manage the domains with dedicated Ips.
The problem is that the IPs are showing fine but on Tools & Setting => IP Address but I don't see any Domains to Select as Default Site.

I exec the next command on Centos 6
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all

But Still nothing.

I want to activate on a Dedicated IP - Domain SSL and I can't.

Most probably you can't select domains as default site because of it is domains of resellers.
