Newbie - Serious email crisis! Can't recieve... can send.

Hi There,
( i posted this in the linux forum earlier... but i'm actually on windows- sorry for the double post)

I just bought a .com.... za-zi.com and have just recently loaded the website....

I am using the web based plesk.

Up until a few days ago my mail was working fine. I could send and recieve my mail with out any issues.

The last few days however, i am unable to receive mail. I can send from all my @za-zi.com mail addresses but i can not receive.

when i send a mail to my za-zi.com email I get the following error message:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 9): 503 This mail server requires authentication. Please check your mail client settings.


What is going on?????
Does anyone have a solution to my problems??????
Please do let me know if you do.
I really really really need to get these emails working again.

This is a problem with your email client (outlook)

Check the box "my server require autentication" and everything will run great (i hope )


If you cannot send, try to send using the webmail to verify if the problem is on your email server side.

That option is selected. It has always been selected.

Maybe, you should check SMTP settings (relay option) .

Yes that is all correct. But i still can not recieve any mail.
I can send but i can not recieve.
