Issue Nginx Reverse Proxy IP

Hey guys,
i run into an issue with the nginx reverse proxy.
When i activate the proxy it tells me there are issues with the ip configuration.
There was an ip address with ipv6 and an interface from a docker container.
I removed the Interface, and deleted the ipv6 address on the server (Linux system)
I reloaded the ipaddresses in plesk but pleask did not update the ipaddresses in it's database.
The Interface and the ipaddress plesk is showing me do not exists anymore.
I remove the entry of the ipaddress in the plesk database, in the tables ip_pool and IP_Addresses but now i can start the reverse proxy nginx, but i can't add any subdomains anymore.
I get the following error message.

Unable to find service node for ip address with id=2

I tryed adding a pseudo l0 interface to IP_Addresses table with id 2 but then i get some other issues (ipaddresses in plesk showing me that the ipaddress, interface is not configured correctly).

Is there anything i can do, except reinstalling plesk ;)

All three are empty.
I attached all mysql commands.
There is no id 2 in ip_pool, ip_addresses,dom_param

I attached the repair process it seems to fail.
Now plesk is telling me 2 errors.
My license is not valid anymore, i can't remove the subdomain witch courses the errormessage, and the errormessage still exists.

License Problem doesn't appear anymore, but the database repaire allways return the same problem, even when i delete the IP Address witch is shown as wrong assigned.
And all domains and subdomains are assigned to the same ip address, the public address of the webserver (The error in the attached image doesn't make any sense).
I have no idear how to continue.

Last time when i asked them they said: we can't help you because you have a license witch is part of a server hoster, they have to support you.
And the server hoster who provide the license has no idea how to help in any plesk case.
Thank you Igor for you help i will try asking them again.
