No chrooted shell for XYZ found ?

Hi,

Since this morning, I am getting the following error when trying to create new subscriptions:

Error Code: 2204 - Unable to update hosting preferences. system user update is failed: setup_chroot(): No chrooted shell for [user] found

I'm not sure if there was a Plesk upgrade or not (where can I see that?). Any how, I am at 10.4.4

Note: THis server has been running for 40+ days and already has 50 domains configured on it.

Any help would be appreciated,
