Issue No login to Wordpress admin panel

Plesk newbie here, not very techy but learning more everyday.

Using Plesk Onyx 17.5.3. Installed Wordpress Toolkit with theme of choice. When I go to login to get to the Wordpress admin panel get message server not found. Host tech suggests domain not connected to my VPS? He says try connecting via Cloudflare. Can anyone enlighten me on this? Any others using Cloudflare (looks like I have to change the DNS.) TIA
