Question panel under two different domains

Currently I can access the panel under https://MyHostingCompany.tld:8443
i want run a new Business but want to use the same Server for then Customers
is it possible to access the Panel via https://MyHostingCompany.tld:8443 AND https://MyNewHostingCompany.tld:8443 with valid SSL Cert ?

Although I am not 100% sure, I think you can. However not when using the default Let's Encrypt certificate. You'll probably need to install an alternative certificate on which you can added both the MyHostingCompany.tld and MyNewHostingCompany.tld domains.

Few ways to do that.
1. use a reseller account and setup newhostingcompany.tld there with its own ssl.
2. use newhosting.tld as an alias for myhostingcompany.tld and purchase a multidomain SSL, while purchasing the multidomain ssl you need to specify both domain names.
NOTE (ssl will show to public which domains its valid for.)

That can also be achieved via the Lets Encrypt extension after creating the domain and required aliases, then issuing a certificate that includes the required FQDNs and assigning it to the panel via T&S > SSL/TLS certs:
