Permission issues with Plesk?

My Plesk installation is CONSTANTLY having permissions issues. When I try to install Joomla, Drupal, Magento or any other PHP software using an autoinstaller, it constantly fails. It seems I can only install manually. I have never had these issues up until I started using Plesk on Redhat.

Does anyone else have these problems?
