PHP and mysql upgrade

Does PLESK have a simple way of upgrading mysql and/or php on VPSs controlled by PLESK? My supplier advises that a manual upgrade is complicated and expensive.

The standard practice is to use yum

I have the similar issue a few month ago, I used EZ template
vzpkg update cache
vzpkg install
