PHP Permission denied 4.2.1

Hello,
I have been installed Centos 6.2 64 bit ,plesk 10.4.4, PHP 5.3.3 but when I send mail to create ticket in Kayako system It show message in maillog files as below:

May 16 17:57:09 postfix/pipe[17837]: 12D5B101141: to=<[email protected]>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.09, delays=0.06/0/0/0.02, dsn=4.3.0, status=deferred (temporary failure. Command output: /bin/sh: /var/www/vhosts/test.net/httpdocs/console/index.php: Permission denied 4.2.1 Message can not be delivered at this time )

Any help would be appreciated.

Command output: /bin/sh: /var/www/vhosts/test.net/httpdocs/console/index.php

Strange command. Are you sure that you have correct settings for your Kayako, etc?
