Plesk 10.2.0/PBA4.0, CentOS5, i386
Upgrading a subscription through PBA and the order fails. (this is on top of subscriptions not properly sync'ing from PBA to plesk and other issues)
Steps to reproduce: In PBA select a customer account, click on the subscriptions tab, click on Change Subscription and change to one of the upgradeable subscriptions. An order will be created and will shortly error out with the following:
Plesk Transport; Failed to valide XML response from Plesk node: Element 'value': '6.7108864E+12' is not a valid value of the atomic type 'long'. . Please fix the problem.
Expected results: Order would be created and placed into a pending state.
Additional information:
Since the upgrade a number of things seem wonky between plesk and PBA.
1) Subscriptions in PBA are not properly being pushed to plesk. Some names will get there but the parameters will be wrong. Some won't even show up
2) Any links to the plesk Customer and Business Manager on the admin control panel cause PSA to crash requiring a restart
