Plesk 10.4.4 DNS Zone / Sync bug

Hello,

We're having problems synchronizing plans between plesk billing manager and plesk panel, the error below seems to coincide with attempts at synchronising plans on PBM and the panel. We get a failure message and looking at the /var/sw-cp-server/error_log we can see the output below. Any thoughts?

Update

Error message we get in Plesk is:

Error: The following errors occurred while syncing the selected plans:
Failed to sync plan #2: Failed to repair the plan in panel 'Local Parallels Plesk Panel server': Failed to parse XML document:
Please resolve the problems manually and retry to sync again

We've tried restarting BIND and restarting Plesk Panel ... no joy.

Default time zone IS set.

From php.ini

date.timezone = "Europe/London"

I cannot help with the main problem, but for the timezone: Plesk uses a separate php.ini in "/opt/psa/admin/conf/php.ini". If you add the timezone setting there, you should at least get rid of that warning.
