Plesk 10 Qmail Problem

Hello
We face the following problem
Althought we send and receive emails failure notices coming back ( but email is delivered). This happens from yesterday
This is the message.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at ns.xxxxxx.xx.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
