Plesk 9.2.1 Events Not working after restart of server?

We have Plesk 9.2.1 for Microsoft Windows installed on a Windows 2008 Server with 2 event handlers. To date, every time the server is restarted, the 2 event handlers stop working and have to be added again. We have checked the Updater, and no updates are available - any ideas?
