Hi.
I have problem with .Net Framework 4.
i install .net 4. but i cant run .net 4 project.

i change application pool from IIS to .net 4 classic and integrated but i have HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error.
now how can i fix that problem ?
i need to solve this problem. :(

Sorry for Bad English.

Grant the httpdocs folder read/list permission for IIS_WPG service. I think .NET 4 is still not supported by Plesk (among many other things they're lacking behind)

hi all.
i solve this problem.

Go to IIS application pools and find plesk(default)(2.0)(pool) and go to Advanced settings and change it to .net 4.

Go to IIS application pools and find plesk(default)(2.0)(pool)

Where is Advanced settings ?

you can right click on plesk(default)(2.0)(pool) and select Advanced Settings or after Select plesk(default)(2.0)(pool)
you can see it on right side of panel.
On Action Tab.

Thank MojtabaS

However, photo below is not!

killed Can i ask you about Windows Version ?
i use Windows Server 2008 RC2
but i thing your Windows is 2003 ! and your iis is 6.

in IIS 6 you must select properties and you can change or see your Freamwork .net version.

This doesn't work for me

Hello, are you people on drugs?

There is no Advanced Setting in there?

This does not work for me, does anyone have any suggestions?

Bloody oath this is a waste of time...you suck parallels...I wanna ditch this ****...

slowly...

It's easy.
I don't know yor versions of IIS. But all versions, when you right-click on the site, you can select an option like "Properties" or "Advanced Properties" or "Settings"... doesn't matter. Go there.
Then search for the Net Version used by this site, and change it to 4.0.
This is not difficult, sure, no drugs, no anabolic.
Good luck!

I am on IIS6 Windows 2003

All I see when I right click is ->
Explore
Open
Permissons
Browse
Start (grey)
Stop
Pause
New -> Etc
All Tasks -> Etc
New Window from here
Delete
Rename
Refresh
Properties
Help

So I go properties, that opens up with 8 tabs ->
Documents
Directory Security
HTTP Headers
Custom Erros
Web Site
Perfomance
ISAPI Filters
Home Directory

I cannot see anywhere the .net version,,,

Anyway, it doesn't matter now I have made the decision just to ditch Plesk and manage things fully via RDP...it's cleaner and it works lol...but takes up all my time to set it up :)

Thank you kindly for your help

Thanks JordiH, very much appreciate your looking at it for me.

What I have ended up doing is moving to Windows 2008 and IIS7 and I am now running without plesk. I didn't really need it but was using it just because that's what was made available to me on that VPS.

It is several days work to set it all up plus needs $600 or so worth of software but in the long run it's cheaper than the plesk subscription and much nicer not having to deal with a web interface and all the extra junk that comes with plesk complicating the system.

It may come back to bite me, but will see :)

Thanks again for your help
