Plesk and ModernBill

Hello all,

i have been working with Modernbill and Plesk. I have gotten Modernbill installed on Windows and working fine. The Plesk bug with %domain_%5 **** in the URL cause Modernbill Licensing validation errors. I have a fix to get modernbill to work.
