• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk Applications vault Errors. No apps

BroesT

New Pleskian
I had read every single forum on here for previous versions of Plesk and tried every fix mentioned. Cleared cache etc etc etc. Nothing has worked.
I have a fairly new install of plesk on this server so I even re installed plesk and that work for about 15 minutes then the error came back and I hadn't changed a thing on the server.

When clicking on the applications vault I get this error. "APS Catalog error: Unable to parse the ATOM content. DOMDocument::loadXML(): Space required after the Public Identifier in Entity, line: 1 Retry" Now when inspecting elements there is something about forgery prevention token. I have a licensed version of plesk. Help me out here folks.

I a getting the same error too.

As I noticed, it started to occur right after Plesk was updated to v11.5.30_build115130819.13.

Clearing cache (as advised here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/119029) - does not help, unfortunately.

Found this error in files:

/opt/psa/var/cache# vi d3b08b981b493e5687c45518970bc225-1024-0.cache

a:3:{s:3:"url";s:108:"http://catalog.marketplace.parallels.com/all-app.atom?obsolete=hide&pageSize=999999&order=%2Bname%2C-version";s:4:"time";i:1390479055;s:7:"content";s:166:"<html>
<head><title>502 Bad Gateway</title></head>
<body bgcolor="white">
<center><h1>502 Bad Gateway</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>
";}

When I try this URL in my browser:

http://catalog.marketplace.parallel...ete=hide&pageSize=999999&order=+name,-version

It returns "502 Bad Gateway" too.

How do we solve the error?
