plesk hanged suddenly

whn i am trying 2 login plesk it didnt want 2 appear and somtimes it hanged whn i am in it creating or doing somthing and i had 2 restart the plesk from the server through remote desktop and whn i trying 2 restart it an error appear saying error 230 the pipe status is invalid..
i dont know wat 2 do..and my clients is always complain from that???is there is any solution???

try copying the bin directory in the admin folder and restart the server. Make sure that the all plesk services are stopped in the server and to backup the existing bin folder.

i would recommend that before any restart, you change the Plesk services to MANUAL instead of Automatic

I had a big problem last time, when the plesk server took 45 minutes to restart.

Once you login, you can start each service one-by-one.
