• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello all,

Just updated to plesk 8.1 and when I reboot the server, Plesk now nolong responds and I cannot access my files.

I am running Fedora Core 4 and need help on how to backup all my clients data before re-imaging.

I have plesk backups stored in one of the clients disks spaces, but am I able to access this via the root? That would be my easiest option.

Failing that, I am having trouble finding the Plesk Installation Directory path it asks for in the manual for backing up the server via SSH. Can anyone give me a hint as to what the path is?

Thanks

On my server the Plesk path is:

/usr/local/psa/

And the backup utility is found in

/usr/local/psa/admin/

Good luck!
