plesk not creating error_log

On my Plesk 6.5 for Windows server, I have about 40 Domains of a 100 Domain license. I am troubleshooting this ASP website, but to my dismay, there are no logs whatsoever for this site. The site has been in the control panel going on the 2nd week now, and still no error_log or access_log have been created for this website.


The plesk control panel for the site tells me that there are no logs, yet every other site, even sites i setup on that same day, have error_log and statistics, I searched these forums through and through, and could not find a soulution.

All the permissions look correct, as i compared them with working log file directories, and i see nothing else in error on my server. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where to look next?
