Plesk not starting

I went into PLESK and restart the server and i give it a YES to reboot the server but it's taking very long and my site does not come up.

So, my next step was to SSH using ROOT and reboot it. Try that and got the message saying "THE SYTEM IS GOING DOWN FOR REBOOT NOW!"

Still, nothing happen. My site won't come up.

Is there something wrong? I've waited like 10 minutes. It shouldn't take that long to reboot a server remotely.

Any suggestions or knowledge can be very helpful since i need my site up and running.
