Plesk Panel don't run

Looks like something wrong with IIS. What version you have installed? upgrade or clean installation? installation steps?

Please provide more details.
 
Hello PavelV. IIS is stopped because I am performing maintenance. I tried to reinstall the version 9.0.1 of the Panel. I'm on it. Let's see if I have luck
