Hello SWSoft Team

I am still a newbie when comes to using Plesk.

Our server runs Fedora Core4 and Plesk 8.2

At work I encountered the error below while changing the clients ftp password.

Procedure:
=> access control panel using web browser
=> click on domains
=> select domain of choice, lets say test.com
=> click hosting setup
=> input new password
=> click ok.

then the error came.

Plesk continued to report this error when selecting domains with hosting.
domains without hosting opens normally.

Please could you advise me how to correct this error?

:)Greetings:)

About four hours after I picked up on the problem, I went back logged onto the Controlpanel and retried the operation.

To my suprise everything was in order and running as normal.

:rolleyes:
Dont really know how this got resolved though.

but thanx for your time

cheers
