Pleskkey error

I've installed Plesk 7.0.3 on my server.
After I've installed my Plesk key with this .exe , I am not able to enter Admin Loginpage.
I put in my name and Password, but this mask returns even more, without entering !

It is a valid Plesk key!
How can I fix it?

User name of Plesk Control Panel administrator is 'admin' (without quotes)
Initial password is 'setup' (without quotes)

But I didn't get login with this...

can you set the password new with plesksrvclient.exe utility in swsoft>admin>bin directory ?
