Possible to forward port 80 requests via IPTABLES??

Hi guys,
This might sound stupid, but is it possible to configure an IPTABLES rule to forward all incoming requests on port 80 to an specific IP? The reason is to forward requests when the server is down for maintenance/backup, etc... Has anyone done this?
