Post Offices Disappearing

The post office files EXIST but they keep disappearing out of the mailenable.msc under Post Offices and we have to manually add them which is almost impossible because we do not know each domain name's password for the Post Office. They keep disappearing on their own out of the MailEnable post office causing no ones email to work.

Please help

i have had a similar problem....and what i usually do is to back up the configuration on a daily basis and restore it whenever there is a problem
