PowerPack: Application Install Limit?

One of our customers contacted us today regarding a problem he's having installing new apps on his VPS. His server details are:
Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.2.1
Operating system Linux 2.6.18-028stab060.2

He's found that a number of applications won't let him install onto any given domain and the following message is displayed: You have reached the limit on number of times you can install this web application (0).

Some apps are still installable. He's also installed some of the problematic applications (i.e., Wordpress) as recently as a couple weeks ago. As far as I can tell, he has appropriately configured the option to "Make Available to All Users" for the particular applications he's trying to install.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem? Is there a limit on the number of times certain apps (such as Wordpress) can be installed onto a VPS?

Thanks for your assistance.

Hi
Please check whether Plesk license allow using application vault. In Plesk Cp > Home > License management
check "Ability to use application vault" option, it should be ON.
Also, limits about applications (java applications) can be configured on client level (Plesk CP > Client > client name >
resource usage) and on domain level (Plesk CP > Domains > domain.name > resource usage).

Hello,

Have same problem here.
No limitation on license.
No limits about java apps on client conf.

Has someone any idea ?.

Thank you!

Hello Plesk team, please, I think this is a bug, as all config is as sugested. Why we do not get answers from you ?
Thank you.
Jorge.

It is necessary to select a corresponding Plesk client and then:

Applications & Services > Application pool > select corresponding application > and click to allowed column > and increase Installations allowed. By default it is set to 2.
