PPWSE v1.1 problem

Hello,

When I log in the PPWSE (any domain) cannot load the files. I've have removed and reinstalled it but the same. There is a message in the fooder "Cannot connect"

We're using a hardware firewall.. but we have opened all the ports according to this link:

Do you have any suggestions?

PPWSE uses ftp connection to browse domains' content.
Looks like your domain is unavailabe via ftp.
Try to connect to the domian with any ftp client.
