Prallels Plesk Panel 10 Erro with "Service Unavailable"

Hello,

I am currently using Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4. Once installed it can not run. On it is an error "Service Unavailable". (http://ihost.vzend.vn)

I have tried to find out and fix the error but can not make it possible to run. I hope you can help me fix it. This is the essential information that you can take to help me.

1. Can run "http://localhost" on my VPS server. But does not work with Domain http://ihost.vzend.vn.

2. The service program is running normally and no matter what happens.

OS: Windows Server 2008 RC2 - Activated
Process: RAM 14GB, HDD 2TB, 100Mps.

Is ihost.vzend.vn domain that hosted on your Plesk server? What sort of status of this domain in domains list?
